The City of Bedford would like to incorporate the help of its citizens in preventing illegal dumping and illicit discharges into our storm drainage systems. Illicit discharges are generally any discharge that is not composed of clean, pollutant-free water that goes into our storm drains, streams, or river. Contact us by phone, E-mail or letter. Provide us with a description, location, and date and time of the discharge.
